Although the man who dealt with the calls was quite abrupt and did not treat the customer with politeness, the lady who actually cut my hair did a great job. As I had the deal and it was the end of the day, I felt my wash was a little rushed and I did not get offered a cup of tea.
The lady cut my hair was very nice and friendly. She took time to trim my hair. I was hoping to get a re-style cut for a simple bob but didn't get it. I think if you are looking for a little trimming it probably would be okay. The blew dry was reasonably good. The hair looked all right when I left the Salon - it seems tidier. But it didn't last after I washed and blew dry by myself - very disappointed. There are little differences from what I was before really. I knew it was only an discounted introduction offer but I was hoping I got a decent cut so I can become a regular customer. But I don't think I can go back without knowing I can get a proper hair cut now.
