Really great highlight job, absolutely love the colours she used and looks amazing. Cut and blow dry was also fab!

I went on Christmas eve so I may not have seen the salon at its best. But I had an hour appointment and i felt that they were trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I was out in 30 minutes, washed, cut and dried.
The hair washer was fine. She offered me a cup of tea afterwards which I enthusiastically accepted but it didn't turn up. The lady who cut my hair also offered me a drink and that also didn't surface.
I've only washed my hair once so far since having it cut and I'd say that it's 'fine'. Not wonderful but not bad. She seemed very pleasant. I also didn't really give her a lot to work so I cant complain about the cut itself.
But the service was lacklustre. I wouldn't have minded if they just hadn't offered a drink but they did, twice

Although my hair colour and cut were great (except for a few rushed sections underneath) i found the whole atmosphere in the salon a bit strange.
The only employee who made me feel really welcome and comfortable was the small brunette girl who brought my tea over and washed my hair (not just because she was bringing me tea!)
I can understand that it would have been a busy week leading up to Christmas and there would be added stress, but shouting to each other across the room and getting me to play musical chairs didn't make me feel as relaxed as I have been before in other salons.
Overall it was a good visit and I am happy with the finished product, but seeing as I wasn't even invited back to the salon again after paying, I didn't feel like a valued customer

Excellent sevice, seen straight away. Listened to what I wanted and gave advice. Very pleased with end result. Will be making another appointment. Thank you Lauren.
