The appointment I initally booked via the site, was not available and the salon called to rearrange - I have to say they went out of their way to accommodate me and I was grateful for that. My stylist, Stella was very helpful, proffessional and friendly. We discussed options and I was very happy with the overall result. The colour is wonderful, just what I wanted, and the cut was also great. I would definitely return here ane would recommend to friends and family.

I had a first time Highlights Cut and Blow Dry with a Wowcher offer. I loved the "buzz" in the salon which was busy for a weekday. The staff were friendly and me feel at ease. Leah did a brilliant job with my highlights! I was happy with my cut and blow dry so yes am going to make this my permanent salon although I live in Hoddesdon. My only grumble was parking as I have Diabetic Neuropathy in the feet and had to park "up the hill" which was a"mission" walking up to my car.....but hey ......am going back tomorrow for Highlights cut and blow dry the pain of the hill climb is worth it!
A really great service from Kayleigh - she did the whole package on me and so many people have admired my new hair design. Thank you.
