My hair was cut and blow dried at this salon last week and I'm delighted with it - had lovely head massage which was nice rather than just quickly putting conditioner on and washing it off. Had my hair done by Robby so I recommend her.
Had colour at the salon and I'm really pleased with the results :)

Having booked and paid on wahanda and made an appointment, I was rung the next day by the hairdresser who said they could not accommodate me at that time. It was up to me to try and find another appointment, there was no apology offered. Having done that, and turned up at the agreed time, I had to wait about 50 minutes in the salon, clearly there was no one available, again no apology offered whatsoever, and I had to ask for a glass of water. Staff talked over me about other customers in a way that was not too pleasant. I spent three and half hours there all in all, the result is ok but I had to pay extra, so was left very much out of pocket and having spent all afternoon there - again, no apology offered. The person who blew dry my hair did not listen to my instructions and became slightly unpleasant where I reminded him. There is a funny atmosphere in that place, I would not want to go back there.

My second visit here. Friendly staff, well organised, great service. I had highlights, cut and blowdry. They listened to exactly what I wanted and it was great value for money. Will definately return.

Had a brazilian straightner after reading all the great reviews on here I thought id give the salon a go . Was all explained to me which was good had a lovely hair wash with a nice head massage.
The magic potion was put on my hair and was left to take in the mean time read nice new mags and had fresh coffee . Then it was blowdried nicely and im happy tk say 5 days later its still straight! Yes I recommend the salon and I will give them a try on the highlights soon.
