The staff were very friendly, The treatment was performed by two stylist to make it quicker, it is'nt the best Brazilian Blow dry I have ever had, & I have had quite a lot. but that depends on the product they are using, so it is nothing to with the way it was applied to my hair as they were very effecient. I also had a colour done. by Sarah. who is an excellent colourist, & she gave me exactly the colour I wanted. They also keep asking is everything alright! & giving you whatever refreshment you wanted.
I made a booking on the same day that I was seen and I received a very professional colour and one of the best cuts that I have ever had. These guys don’t mess about and they really know what they are doing.

Good colour treatment (perhaps a little rushed in application). Ok haircut, good blow dry. Nice staff. Good value. Overall good.

Hadley Wood is the location not Barnet. The salon is spotless and the staff are extraordinarily pleasant. The stylist did not follow my instructions. I said a tint regrowth not a full head colour and please tone it down a bit. It turned out to be too dark and when they finished washing the rinse out (which was superb) my hair was merely dried for 5 minutes. They asked me if I wanted to pay an extra £24+ for a trim and blow dry. Having charged me an extra £15 I declined. Fair enough, I have longer hair. I will not go back to the salon, it is a long way away and although she said that the trim and blow dry for £24 plus was half price - I found the salon extremely expensive and I would only recommend it if you wish to pay a lot to have your hair done. This is not a reflection on the salon they are extremely professional but rather greedy, i.e. overpriced.
