cut and colour lovely as are the staff.. only negative was in there for 3 hours where as on my receipt the time booked out says 120 minutes so i made plans around this, which resulted in me being late.. what seemed to delay this was the treatment they put on after the colour.. im not sure if this was done as the hairdresser due to cut my hair was running late, so maybe leaving the treatment on for 30 mins, gave her extra time? i dont know.. anyway.. was nice to get the treatment, but they should have said that this was going to delay everything beforehand, and given me the option.....

Had a brazilian blowdry done at the salon yesterday arrived about half hour late ... was dreading the unhappy staff as I was so late but they smiled and said it wasnt a problem and they didn't make me feel awkward at all. Have never had my hair straightned before but after the reviews on here I thought to go for it. The process was explained to me beforehand which was good and I thought that was nice of them rather than just going ahead and doing it. Lots of new mags and lovely herbal tea! Was chatting to leah whom did the straightner about my colour and she had really good ideas that I liked the sound of . I found the salon professional clean and tidy a real treat for me !
Visited the salon today took advantage of the great deal for highlights and a cut and blowdry. Was made to feel welcome when I walked in ...sometimes its a bit daunting walking into a new salon...had a chat with the girl that was going to do my colour and she was nice and chatty. Fresh coffee with nice and they kindly picked up a sandwich for me from the cafe next door. When the colour was washed off I had a lovely massage and was asked if the water temperature was ok .. which is a first as salons dont normally ask. Then I had a lovely cut and dry ...the girls that worked there were chatty and sweet . I do recommend this salon dont hesitate to try them too!
The salon was nice and tidy, with a pleasant ambience and helpful staff. They were polite, accommodating and eager to please. The environment looked and felt professional. They actually called me to confirm the booking, which I thought was great.
When I booked, I was assigned to a person, but on the day I was given a different hair stylist, without any explanation.
You do not get a head massage here when your hair is washed.
In the end, the haircut was OK. The hair stylist did not seem confident cutting fine hair, did not advise on what would work and what would not work for my type of hair or how to style it myself, or what would be best for my face shape.
One could tell that the hair stylist did not have many years of experience behind.

loved the fact that I booked the appointment for the same day, was a great experience. was happy with my hair cut and colour, I recommend this salon to anyone else
