Highlights and wash were ok. Was left for ages while waiting for the highlights to develop - longer than I have ever done before. Haircut and blow dry - the man was chatting to his friend the whole time which made me feel very uncomfortable.

First up the girl asked me what I wanted and I said I was there for a full head of highlights but wanted them to start a bit lower so I had darker roots and she said that was balayage and they don’t include that on the deal (tbh they should because it uses less hair dye but whatever). Colour turned out alright in the end, little bit streaky underneath but you can barely see and for the price I paid I can live with it. Just a warning they have a clause that if your hair is touching your shoulders or longer they will charge you £20. My hair is a bob and doesn’t touch my shoulders but they still charged me...good haircut just the overall attitude of the staff isn’t very nice and is a little off putting. This was my first visit in over a year because last time I was there the staff were so rude, this time was a bit better but yeah, they still really need to work on their customer service.
