Top salon in a nice location. Free parking along road outside which is always a bonus.

This is a lovely salon. The staff are friendly and there's a great atmosphere. They're really good listeners too... I had an idea of what I wanted and the colourist listened and the end result was even better than I had anticipated. They made me feel comfortable and offered tea, coffee, etc... I even got a biscuit! On top of that, my stylist offered good advice on hair conditioning. I felt well looked after and it was excellent value for money. I will return!
As someone with very curly hair I am a regular salon goer. I have visited many salons in order to find the right balance between a great stylist and friendly staff.
After months, although my husband will say years! , I was very happy once I found Alan Lawrence.
Consistently for the last 2 years I am been really pleased with the results and continue to go back time after time.
I strongly recommend a visit and for many of you like me, your long search may be over.

It was the best experience I have ever had in a hair salon and every member of staff I met was so friendly. They listened to exactly what I wanted (which is rare) and I am really pleased with the results. I had a full head of highlights and a tint done, using a first-time discount voucher which made it excellent value. They also used a colour on my head that had no ammonia, so it didn't irritate my scalp like it has elsewhere.
I would definitely recommend this salon and will be going back for my next colour and a Brazilian blow-dry!
I was looking for a change id been going to the same Hairdressers for years and found the deal on here. I found the staff really nice and friendly and I'm pleased with my colour and the girl was clearly experienced .. I was worried id be passed on to a trainee ! My haircut was good as well again by someone who knew what they were doing. Had an amazing head massage as well !! Didn't have to pay to park which is a novelty ! Would recommend anyone , in fact I'm so pleased I've brought the voucher for my sisters birthday !!
