It’s my first time to see Vaneita. The physiotherapy session was ok. But the service was terrible. I’d asked for the receipt with my full name and diagnosis for several times. After one week, she sent it to me. However, I didn’t notice that the receipt without the word “ physiotherapy “ so I can’t claim insurance. Then I request her to give me a new one but I haven’t get any response back.
The receipt format isn’t professional and always miss some important information. Not recommended.
