The appointment was rescheduled without even being asked if I’m able to come at the new time.
It’s not the fault of the place, the app is so bad they made me book for the time that was actually not even available!!!
I didn’t attend my rescheduled appointment and lost the money, but at least I learned the lesson not to use this awful app again.

I had the classic deep cleanse facial with a high frequency treatment at the end and I have just woken up with skin 10x better than yesterday! Alejandra works from her from home which is why I guess she can offer such great prices! With the facial, she also matches it to whatever she feels best for your skin type, but if you're looking for something to just clean your face out and get in and do all the extractions, then this is great! I'm super pleased and will definitely be back.
