The appointment was rescheduled without even being asked if I’m able to come at the new time. It’s not the fault of the place, the app is so bad they made me book for the time that was actually not even available!!! I didn’t attend my rescheduled appointment and lost the money, but at least I learned the lesson not to use this awful app again.
