I am 2 weeks post hysterectomy operation and had some trapped gas which was incredibly painful just below my ribs and also my stomach/bowels are very tight from the op. Alejandra is very skilled at post op lymphatic drainage massage and helped release all the pain. I have more sessions booked :)

Alejandra has exceptional knowledge and helped me a lot with my recovery. She’s helped a lot with fluid retention and swelling and every time I came back I felt less pain as a result. With MLD you have to be very thorough finding a good therapist as many don’t know the right techniques so I’m glad I found someone whose hands I feel safe in!
