The venue was clean and welcoming and the beautician was friendly (though perhaps a bit too talkative). The manicure was just a very brief shape and polish with no cuticle treatment. The facial was good however I had written on the form that I had sensitive skin and the mask that was used made my skin itch shortly after going on. I asked for it to be taken off earlier than was usual and my skin was red. The beautician said that she had read the form in which I had said I had sensitive skin but had looked at it and thought that it would be fine. She put a tinted moisturiser on to cover the redness but it was too dark so she took it off and put a different one on. My skin was clearer and felt clean and my nails looked nice but it wasn't a particularly relaxing experience.
