My dermologica prescriptive facial was a great experience overall. Aleksandra was really lovely and friendly and explained everything she was doing. I haven't had many facials before but I felt this was very thorough. At one point I found one of the face masks a little uncomfortable on my sensitive skin but as soon as I let her know she was really quick to remove it and insisted on using something different to make sure I was comfortable. It now feels really smooth and looks clearer and healthier already.
The only thing I would say is that the atmosphere is a little bit lacking as the room is right off the hair salon and you can hear music and voices from there during your treatment. But that can't really be helped! Other than that it was great!

The express facial was great value for money. Alexandra made me feel relaxed and did a great job. The eyebrow threading was OK yet it could have been a tiny bit more accurate
