Firstly, the actual treatment was fine. No complaints, the therapist was skilled and im happy with the end result.
But the experience was pretty bad.
I arrived and had to stand around hoping i was in the right place whilst staff ignored me. Eventually i wandered through to another room and was told just to go into the treatment room (without confirming that i was indeed in the right place! or who i was). Tried to go in, but the therapist was still with a client!
The place was dirty with lots of staff just hanging around playing on their mobiles etc.
When i eventually got into the room, the therapist gave me a card to complete, and wandered out the room on her phone, leaving me to try and complete the card with no table to lean on(?) and assuming i was just to get changed. Still no-one had checked who i was.
When explaing what i would like, she interrupted me, telling me to just be quiet as she 'knew what she was doing' (which she did as it turned out). This felt really rude and not at all professional.
After the treatment had finished she went back to her phone, leaving me to assume i was just to get changed and that the treatment was indeed over. She stayed in the room on her phone whilst i did this.
In all, a horrible and nerve racking experience, but with a good result. Can't decide if i'd go back or not.
