My hollywood wax wasn't done as thoroughly as I'd like - there were a few stray hairs here and there. Aleksandra also caused minor scarring (hairline type tear) down there due to the way she waxed, which isn't pleasant. I would suggest more care is taken so this is avoided in future, and to check the temperature of the wax is appropriate for the client's comfort.
