The room was comfortably set up with music to relax you during the treatment. Waxing was generally well done but would be nice if the therapist could tweeze the stray bits of hair that wasn't waxed off

Had several treatments including the threading, when I booked within about an hour I received a text asking if the timings could be changed only by about 15 minutes so no issue but prevented me being kept waiting had she not told me, the salon is in Toni and Guy and a small waiting area where the staff from the hairdressers were lovely too offering coffee as I was early.

I booked for eyebrow threading, half leg strip wax and hollywood hot wax. Aleksandra is absolutely lovely, very professional and I am delighted with the results. Will definitely be going back.
