Alem was amazing from the start til the end.
I wrote that I had sensitive skin and she checked in on me about that before the appointment. Suggestions and solutions were offered. The conversation was nice, reassuring and welcoming.
When I arrived, Alem was positive and kind. She gently guided me every step of the way. We had really interesting conversations while the waxing took place. There was serene music in the background. And Alem always checked to see if I was happy with the servic

My first time won't be the last time! Alem was absolutely lovely, she was very professional. It was my first time getting a wax but she put me at ease and coached me through the process and kept me informed. Alem made me feel very comfortable throughout - highly reccomend her.

Alem was very warm and made me feel comfortable. She was letting me know what she was doing during the process so at no point was uncomfortable. Very clean space too. Will definitely be going back.
