My first time with Alem was lovely! Her home was super clean and the essential oil aromas I was met with at the door was amazing, the attention to detail was spot on. The treatment itself was carried out in perfect timing, reminding me to take the deep breathes to help with the pain! she ensured I was happy with my wax and was very knowledgeable throughout the service, even showing me products! she made sure no hair was left in place and made me feel super comfy. deffo my new waxer!
