Alem was very nice and she was calm to how i was acting towards the wax as it was my first time. She was very patient with me and tried to me relaxed at all times but talking to me and ensuring if i was okay.

Had my first ever Brazilian wax after a lifetime of shaving, Alem made me feel completely comfortable and did a great job getting the hair out (it's very stubborn!). Not as painful as I was expecting, very manageable. Will definitely go again!
