Alem was friendly, welcoming and professional. Her treatment room had a very relaxing atmosphere. I had a Hollywood wax and was in and out within 30 minutes which is great! Excellent service, overall really happy with my experience. I will definitely be returning to Alem again and recommending her to my friends!
