Absolutely awful experience - I asked for a trim of the hair that was damaged (for reference my hair was past my collar bone) it’s been cut up between my shoulder and chin with terrible layers throughout. I came home and cried for the first time in years! Have had to go to another salon to try and correct it and now have the fun of waiting for it to grow out into a style I can do something with. Avoid at all costs - Alessio didn’t listen to me and the results are shocking.

I had a toner treatment. Really happy with the result; my hair colour looks much better. The venue is lovely, warm and inviting .
