Alessio is professional and really listens to what you want - he did an amazing job with the balayage on my hair! My hair had really grown out highlights which had become very brassy, and Alessio managed to get rid of all brassiness, and now it is a lovely brunette colour with various ashy shades (which is exactly what I asked for). The salon wasn't too busy which I liked, and Alessio was very attentive with drinks etc. Would really recommend!
