I was incorrectly charged and when I have emailed the salon about this they ignored me, then were rude and unhelpful. The haircut itself was fine just not styled in a way that looked nice however I wouldn't mind this, but I paid considerably more than I should have and am disappointed that this has not been resolved.

Usually get t section highlights to hide my root growth, this time I got a root tint which Alessio suggested. It extremely hurt, I was crying in the salon but he was acting like it was supposed to hurt. When my hair was dried, I could see that my roots were ginger and that I had blue/grey streaks in my hair. tried to mention it but he blamed it on the studio lighting. tried to fix my hair at different place but bleach had burnt my scalp and I now can't fix till scabs heal which will take a week
