Usually get t section highlights to hide my root growth, this time I got a root tint which Alessio suggested. It extremely hurt, I was crying in the salon but he was acting like it was supposed to hurt. When my hair was dried, I could see that my roots were ginger and that I had blue/grey streaks in my hair. tried to mention it but he blamed it on the studio lighting. tried to fix my hair at different place but bleach had burnt my scalp and I now can't fix till scabs heal which will take a week

Alessio is just the best hairdresser I’ve had and always able to tailor hairstyle/cut to whatever suits me best. He’s so skilled, friendly and knowledgable and it feels like a super treat every time. His prices are also super competitive and the studio is lovely!
