I had a haircut at Alessio and it was my first time. He did a great job with the cut and I'm very happy with the haircut itself! He's a friendly man. My appointment was their last appointment of the day and I did state twice my hair wasn't clean and needed a wash , yet never got it. I paid 50£ for a haircut followed by a blowout on "dirty hair", which I had to wash out the next day ( Alessio gave a 5£ discount for not washing the hair). Needless to say, it felt like money down the drain.
