The personal was charming but too strong washing my hair .. i had a headache after !! The music is loud and the light of the salon to strong under my opinion.. didn’t cut just highlights.. good result

The staff was not aware of any booking, rushed throughout the haircut, the language barrier made it virtually impossible to get my instructions across so the final haircut ended up as a mess...terrible service.

It was disappointing as I arrived and the owner still hadnt opened the shop even though he was meant to for over an hour. This dalyed my treatment by one hour as well as it being more costly with added costs in the shop, very disapointing.

When I arrived at the salon, staff was very kind and welcoming. Saana was very professional and very good at what she was doing. I will definitely book again and would recommend her service to anyone who needs a nice session to relax and release stress.

Pros: He was very quick and the end result is great.
Cons: The hairdresser was a bit rough. He pushed my head rather than turning it gently, washed my hair with cold water and when he was drying my hair I thought my head was going to detach from my neck.
