Hi, Im Alex, a qualified reflexologist with several years of experience. My journey into reflexology began in 2018 when I experienced its profound impact on my health and fertility. Inspired by its benefits, I made the life-changing decision to leave my career as a commercial lawyer in the city to pursue reflexology full-time and I haven’t looked back since. Reflexology is based on the principle that the feet mirror the body’s internal state. Tension or imbalances in specific areas can signal physical or emotional stress. As a reflexologist, I work to detect and rebalance these sensitivities, encourage deep relaxation and calm the nervous system. The benefits of calming the nervous systems are ten-fold to include anti-inflammatory effects and boosting the immune system. Whether you’re looking to relieve stress, anxiety, boost your energy, or improve your sense of well-being, reflexology offers a gentle yet powerful way to support your health.

Alex Messer Reflexology, a warm, cosy reflexology treatment room at my home in the heart of N16. I use aromatherapy oils in my diffusers, massage wax as well as the foot spa filling the room with an intense, soothing mix of incredible aromas. I use a reclining chair as I find it more relaxing than a therapy couch. Come & recline in the chair with a heated blanket to relax your back, heated lavender bags around your neck & shoulders, a silk eye mask to help you zone out and a cosy blanket draped over you to ensure you remain warm & comfortable. Whilst your feet are soothed in a 10 minute foot spa to open up the meridians I will go through a few questions in readiness for 50 mins of reflexology where I treat all the different systems in the body from the endocrine, digestive, reproductive as well as the lymphatic system & provide a tailor made session based on your health needs.
