This was my first time visiting Alex. My nails were not in good shape due to previous technician but also lack of care from myself. At the beginning Alex was very clear with me that this was going to take some work which will mean a little longer appointment. Alex was transparent with me throughout the whole appointment about what she was doing and why she was doing it. She also informed me of the correct aftercare. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Alex, love my nails.

Alex was really friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work. The pedicure was great. I appreciated the extra care and time she gave. The massage chair was also a bonus!
