This is my local nail salon and sadly the new staff are rude and not up to scratch. I’ve had infections and cuts and scrapes from the new female manicurist and it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced a painful treatment. I politely raised I was in discomfort and she blamed it on the state of my nails (despite regularly having them done and never experiencing pain before). On both occasions she made me bleed - and worst of all the end result was rubbish! Sadly now one to avoid.
