My nails look beautiful, and they were exactly what I wanted. Time is taken to ensure every nail is perfect, and extra costs (such as shellac) are given to you at the beginning of the treatment, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Alex Nails Spa!

Average shellac manicure, the cuticle cutters weren’t very sharp so I’ve ended up with rough looking cuticles (no softener/oil used). The technician got the polish around my fingers which I had to pick off once I got home and she used a very harsh nail file which has left my nails not looking particularly neat. If it wasn’t for the shellac I could have got the same finish at home so won’t be returning.
