My app was at 11am, I contacted them to say I would be a couple mins late they responded saying no prob and thanks for letting us know, but when I got there it was packed and wasn’t sat down until 11.30am then sat with my feet in the tube until 12pm and had a very rushed pedicure. The pedicure looks good but no communication with anyone once I sat down of how long they would be. Found it quite strange. Don’t think it was done by Lisa, but not sure.
