The tape was too sticky for delicate eye area and was removed as tho a plaster, instead of peeled off as normal. The tint not applied evenly, and left a clump in the middle. Back of chair sliding down, I asked for it to be secured, scary going down towards floor when I cdnt open eyes, this happened twice. It was unsatisfactory that due to language barrier it was not possible to express meaningfully all that was wrong with the substandard service.
