I had prepaid a manicure and pedicure - after being seated for the manicure the lady who runs the place said to me that I could not get the pedicure with no explanation to why. She told me to email Treatwell - after complaining to Treatwell and requesting a refund for the pedicure - they said the salon would need to do it. The communication has been horrendous and I’m extremely disappointed a local business treats their regular customers like this.
