Always happy with nails but several nail technicians sitting around watching videos on phone with sound on with no awareness that this is annoying for customers and ruins the experience. Not a relaxing experience unfortunately

I want to preface this review with a disclaimer. Never in my life have I left any, both positive or negative, review for an establishment. After my experience at this salon, however, I feel it is my duty to do my best to deter other women from enduring the horror I went through. I could write a book on why this place needs to be shut down. From the moment I stepped foot into the salon, I knew I had made a grave mistake. All I can say is that she spent 20 mins trying to PEEL wax off my CL*T.

One of the employees was on their phone playing games with really loud background audio. It was so annoying and a really bad vibe. I will never go back.
