I have religiously gone to Alex’s for over 2 years now and have never been spoken to as rudely as I was. I booked an appointment yet they prioritised all walk ins over me, although most arrived after me. I also just wanted regular polish on my nails as i was planning to come back and do them again in a week or 2. I was pressured to then upgrade my nails to gel and leave my belongings in the shop so I could fetch extra money, they don’t take card either which is a massive red flag.
