The worst customer service I have received. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was made to wait 15 minutes before being put on a spare chair at the back because they were full. I was given a ‘manicure’ on my lap as there were no tables. The whole thing was rushed and very little care was taken. The gel polish was over the edge on most nails and when I asked them to tidy they just used an electric file to remove the gel leaving a rough edge. Would never return.
