Avoid getting hollywoodwax done here at all costs.
I was burned with the wax so imagine the pain. She took too long, I had to tell her to remove the wax quickly which suggests to me she is not trained. She took half hour but still left with hair.

Always happy with nails but several nail technicians sitting around watching videos on phone with sound on with no awareness that this is annoying for customers and ruins the experience. Not a relaxing experience unfortunately
