My manicure felt a little rushed, and the first two colours I picked didnt look like the demo ones I was shown. The shaping was a bit rough - I had to file them when I got home to even them out. Also, the edges of the gel colour were really uneven, at the nailbeds most of the colour wasn't applied neatly. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice, I was just expecting a better standard for the price

Got a gel removal, which was more uncomfortable and rougher than usual, and when I got outside into the sunlight I noticed that I still had quite a lot of leftover lumpy bits of gel on my nails. Had to buy emery and buffer boards to remove the rest myself, as I wasn't going to bother to return for the sake of a 7 quid removal. Won't be using them again. The nail tech was perfectly pleasant, just unfortunately not very bothered about attention to detail.
