I’m a little disappointed. I didn’t ask for anything special, just oval but not too much shorter on my acrylic and a light pink colour. There must be a problem with the label because I asked for a mauve shade that felt very natural and it is much more of an apricot shade. Additionally, I asked for oval nails and not too much shorter; however they are significantly shorter and an almond shape. I specifically said I didn’t want it too pointy because I know it’s not flattering on my fingers.

Lisa was amazing, listened to how I wanted the shape and thickness and made sure I was happy. Tried a few places around clapham/ Tooting and now always going here.

Everything is quick quick quick. I understand that time is money but at that point it has a negative impact on the job done. My nails are way shorter than I asked and the polish was badly painted so it wont last a day. It would be better if I did it
