The service I booked was not possible to make I choose a cheaper service but they didn’t offer me a refund or compensation at all. The color I choose wasn’t the same so they have to change it. The lady said was an old sample color. Anyways not nice the nails are ok but not happy with the service

I got acrylic nails with normal polish on my fingernails and shellac on my toes. I am happy with my toes - they were done well and the therapist was pleasant. However I am very disappointed with my acrylic fingernails. The therapist was rushed and unfriendly. They went to eat lunch as soon as my nails had been done and left my hands under the dryer for over 25 mins, with no communication of how long this would take. The quality of painting is poor with patches and streaks and looks very thick.

The salon cancelled my treatments just after I booked them (for a whole body wax) and took my money for this (£50). The salon refuses to refund although they cancelled as they “could not accommodate booking”. I would not book this place, will cancel after booking and not refund. Have been told to email, but they give me a fake email, have been into the salon, and they refuse to talk.

Pedicure was amazing, highly recommend going in for your feet. Manicure was okay and they shaped my nails crooked so even when requested to fix they still weren’t perfect/ as expected.
