Very smooth process and smooth waxing result. Efficient and quick. Could have been slightly more thorough, but it is an intimate process so I can understand.

I went with hair ruined by box dying and Alex talked me through options to correct the colour. It now looks so shiny and healthy and I also love the cut! Fab service and fab price for a city centre salon. Thank you Alex!
