I have booked appointment through the app. Once i got at the given location a woman opened the door and told me that Ms. Alexandra is on holidays. I was really upset becuase i wasted my time and money on traveling. Why even accepting my booking if you going holidays? Very unprofessional. I won't be coming back ever again .

The positive reviews were true - Alexandra is a kind and experienced waxing expert and the treatment was swift and much less painful than I had expected. Please note, her treatment room is in her home which isn't a problem but it did confuse me slightly when I found the address and the door was opened by her daughter!
