Alex was friendly, reassuring, and very experienced. She explained each wax treatment, especially the bikini wax (Hollywood) as I was very nervous and have a low pain threshold. However I had nothing to be nervous about, it wasn’t painful (I have a low pain threshold!) you can feel the hot wax being removed but it’s for a second. No lasting pain or discomfort. My underarms , legs and arms are extremely smooth and I’m very happy with the results and will be returning!

This was my first time having a Brazilian wax.
I knew it was going to be painful, which it was, however Alexandra was very caring and attentive to detail. Her technique made it as painless as possible. The redness went down in a few hours. I am very pleased with the results and will definetly come back.
