It was good a little unrelaxing at moments as it's a bit busy outside and you can hear that. The room is a little small so things were being knocked by accident. The lady was lovely though and very good

The place was clean which was nice, however this was the first time I had a wax where my skin was peeling for days afterwards, it was also very sore for a while and a lot of the hairs were not taken up from the root which normally isn’t a problem for me. It also seemed as though my appointment wasn’t known about when I turned up which threw me off, and I was made to wait for a while.
