I really want to leave a bad review so this amazing place can remain a secret. But it truly is 5* and the attentive & professional staff are a credit to the owners. It's a very relaxing environment & the individual rooms are furnished luxuriously & with great attention to detail. The giant loungers are incredibly comfortable, if not a little awkward when trying to eat a delicious slice of cake. That's right, this spa does cake. Delicious, homemade cake. If you come across a voucher offer online, it is well worth it. I just hope that you don't chose to book on the same day as my next visit. I'll be going back again very soon!!

This was my 2nd visit, would highly recommend. Very relaxing and enjoyable day, I tried the Hopi Ear candles, I wasn't sure what the expect but the therapist explained everything.

Staff very friendly, quite a nice treatment, I feel the stone could have be more warmer and flow a little more, the pressure was good. I was asked to wear slippers when entering, what I didn't like about this they was used before by other guest. I was ok about this as I had socks on but If it was summer I would been happy to do this.

Lovely, great massage, staff were very welcoming, nice cake. The retail therapy room is a good idea -not seen that before. The relaxation room is lovely - could have gone to sleep in there.
