The atmosphere was lovely and Alessandra was great, professional and friendly. I just wasn’t fully happy with the result of the brow lamination. It didn’t match my expectations in terms of shape or hold. It may have been a matter of personal preference or hair type, but not the best result I’ve had.

I really have a good experience with Alex. It’s been the third time that she does my Hollywood wax and armpits. She is professional and so friendly . It’s a great feeling every time I get wax with her . She is the best
