I was made to feel relaxed and welcomed as soon as I entered the room. Alex started by asking what I wanted to achieve from the massage and then what she recommended. This made me feel reassured I was in good hands. Really good massage, I felt relaxed, pressure was good. I will definitely return. Thank you
