It pains me to leave this bad review, but this is the third time I’ve left in pain from this place. Designs are brilliant and Angie is really friendly, but the removal procedure hurts like hell. My finger beds are bruised. There is close to no cuticle work, nails were left jagged, with bits of my actual finger covered in gel. Not only was the drilling of the old gels excruciatingly painful (please soak!) this wasn’t done completely, so the nails themselves are uneven. Please address this.

Klaoudia was amazing - removal and pedicure done in under one hour, but not rushed and very thorough and neat.
