I’ve been going to Alice for a long time now but never had a colour done, this was my first time and she seen that I was nervous about it but made me feel at ease and although at first it was a shock from going from light to dark, she did a fantastic job and it was exactly what I wanted. Lovely autumn/winter hair, can’t thank her enough x
